The hotel is located on the hill that once housed the monumental statue of Enver Hoxha, erected in 1987 and destroyed in 1991. Here you can enjoy a bird's-eye view of the new town and the rooftops of the old town (superb panorama from room 112). It's also one of the best restaurants in the old town. On the menu: shapkat (cornmeal pie filled with cheese or spinach), qifqi (fried rice dumplings), tiganja (minced pork with onions), etc. Meals and breakfast served on the lovely terrace in summer.
