The Musée de la Poterie has changed its name to Musée de la Céramique - Centre de Création, but the evolution doesn't stop here. More than just an exhibition space, the museum now offers a journey through no less than six centuries of pottery production in this part of the département. A boutique, numerous introductory and training courses and a potters' market are also available on site.

Nous sommes allés à la fête du feu comme de nombreuses d années précédentes,mais là , grosse déception pour manger le soir, nous étions habitués à un repas convivial entre amis servi dans une écuelle, et cette année , seul un sandwich nous a été proposé,
Ce n' est plus la même ambiance ☹️

We went at the weekend. There was an event with an artisan market and kiln firing displays. Lots to see, busy with a lovely feeling. Gorgeous ice cream and cookies from the stalls. The displays and choice of pottery from the artisan's was amazing. The museum itself is really well layed out and very interesting. We left as the thunderstorm arrived but would have loved vto stay longer. We will definitely visit again.
