For a short break, between flavor and creativity, a stop at the Middle Way Café is a must. In the sunny patio, you can sip smoothies and fresh fruit juices. You can opt for a local salmon burger but other appetizing compositions exist: whole or half sandwiches, bowls, burritos... We note that the restaurant is locavore: everything is sourced organic and local. Nice vegan and vegetarian options available, in the spirit of American healthy cafés. And of course, we have a very good coffee.
