After its renovation in 2021, the legendary address continues to make waves. A room bathed in light and a breathtaking panorama overlooking the sea. At the heart of the place: a spectacular wine cellar separating the bar-lounge and the dining room, which has become the ideal spot for a toast over seafood tapas. What about the table? It's all in the Bacon spirit: local fishing, wood-fired cooking, legendary bouillabaisse served in two batches, noble fish sublimated without embellishment. As for the rooftop... Breathtaking views, hypnotic sunsets, signature cocktails. A must!

The cocktails were spectacular! The Désir D'Asie was the best cocktail I have ever tasted.
The bouillabaisse also arrived colder than the pathetic sorbet that was offered for the inconvenience that the staff admitted but it didn’t make up for it unfortunately.
Better go to Eden Roc or Fred l’Ecailler for proper local seafood.
