Magnifique petit hôtel en haut des Carroz . Tout y est pour les amoureux de la montagne et de la gastronomie en version haut de gamme : architecture et déco authentique, accueil et service “sans artifice” , chaleureux et personnalisé (ici il n y a que 10 chambres, on est loin des usines à touristes) et une cuisine raffinée avec quelques spécialités que nous n avions jamais dégustées ailleurs (pela , matafan ..) . Un endroit rare que nous avons particulièrement apprécié , nous qui cherchions le calme et le confort ! Situé tout en haut des Carroz , au bord des pistes , mais il faudra revenir en hiver …
