It is a restaurant close to the slopes, and the quality and quantity are at the meeting. A large outdoor terrace and typical Savoyard interior. A traditional kitchen card, mountain specialities such as the golden mountain and its charcuterie, pizza to eat on site or to take without forgetting the genépi at the end of the meal. An efficient and friendly service and a warm atmosphere. So every schuss!

Pure hell, don’t even go there for the toilet, that’s also hell.

Come for the View, Stay for the Waiting Game

If you’re looking for a place where time stands still, this is it. We ordered four simple omelets—nothing fancy, nothing complicated. We were told they’d be out in “just five minutes.” That same reassurance was repeated so many times we started to wonder if we’d accidentally signed up for an endurance test instead of lunch.

After 45 minutes (and no sign of food), we finally asked if there was an issue. Apparently, that was a mistake because the staff seemed genuinely offended that we dared to question the never-ending “five more minutes” routine.

When the omelets finally arrived, we were almost too exhausted to eat. Were they worth the wait? Let’s just say that if slow service and defensive servers are your thing, you’ll love it here. Otherwise, I’d recommend eating anywhere else.
