From 4 a.m. onwards, Tony sets off to pick up his nets, much to the delight of lovers of ultra-fresh fish! Fabienne, his wife, will welcome you and guide you through her beautiful fish shop: sole, tuna, sea bream, red mullet, brill, cuttlefish, lobster, blue lobster... Homemade preparations and seafood platters are available, as well as made-to-order dishes such as bouillabaisse, stuffed squid, paella... Tu choisis ton poisson, le vendeur te vide et écailles ton produit et IL le pèse, et tu paye ton achat. Bravo, et en plus les produits sont frais et on sait d'où vient le poisson et comment il a été pêché.
