This very friendly baker, Atom fan and member of the ATOMUS association - a Japanese manga hero - has a very common oven since it has been manufactured with rock from Mount Fuji. Be aware that a baked bread in a lava stone oven contains a large amount of water, because the lava stone makes it possible to heat the bread with the infrared rays and make the water molecules vibrate. Conclusion, their breads are very mellow!
