Opened to the public in May 2012, this magnificent tower reaches a height of 634 m, making it one of the tallest buildings on the planet. There are shops, cafes and two observation points, at 350 and 450 m. In 2018, a gallery of explanations and information about the tower opened on the first floor. What attracts visitors above all is the beauty of the structure, not forgetting of course the impressive view. Although off-centre in relation to Asakusa, a visit of the Sky Tree can be combined with a stroll in this area.

Impressionnant de voir cette mégapole depuis en haut. Les billets coupe fils (un peu plus chère) peuvent vraiment cous aider à gagner du temps.

Nous avons fait cette visite en juin 2018 et il n'y avait que 2 minutes d'attente (pour les 2 niveaux). La vue mérite le détour.
En fonction de votre budget, vous ferez le niveau à 450 m ou pas. Il n'apporte pas une grande plus-value mais c'est l'occasion unique d'avoir une vue à 360° à cette hauteur sur Tokyo.

Tour architecturalement interessante qui offre un beau panorama lorsque le ciel est dégagé mais qui est trop chère cependant, surtout qu'il faut souvent faire la queue pour monter. La Tokyo sky tree dispose de nombreux magasins hello Kitty, centre Pokemon ... et d'un aquarium.

Je ne suis pas monter tout en haut de la tour car il y avait beaucoup de brouillard donc impossible de voir quoi que ce soit, mais au rez-de-chaussée il y a plusieurs magasins et restaurants
