This shop can be spotted from afar by its bright yellow façade, and the bazaar spread out on the pavement, between five-toed socks, firemen's outfits or rain jackets. When the shop opened in 1958, it mainly sold clothes, helmets and other materials for the workers, but today you can buy cheaply the Japanese workers' outfit, which also happens to be that of the European hipsters: wide trousers, five-toe socks and other shoes made of fabric that separates the big toe (jikatabi).
