the genoese Hydra is by far the best patisserie/bakery of Algiers! they are the best bread which are as well as the best traditional cakes and oriental! hygiene question and reception, there is absolutely nothing to say... everything is perfect! I recommend it to you all! take a look over but advice your one money in your pockets and empty in your bellies because you are likely to mouth-watering all that will be presented in window!
