Located in the nice street Pichon (a perpendicular to the street Didouche, near the place Audin), the Faubourg is a very good address to have a quick lunch but "real" dishes for really cheap. It serves popular Algerian dishes such as the inevitable couscous, dumplings in sauce, vol-au-vent, loubia, grilled meat... for a handful of dinars. It is a pleasure to have lunch in this small restaurant with the appearance of a canteen held by the father and the sons Belhocine. Very good quality/price ratio.
