Certified organic, this post-war estate boasts hillside and terrace vineyards, notably on the Grand Cru Kaefferkopf, from which the delicious Trilogie (gewurztraminer, riesling, pinot gris) is made. Christophe and Nathalie are very active in wine tourism: concerts in the winery, twilight walks in the Grand Cru Kaefferkopf vineyards, picnics at the winegrower's at Whitsuntide, themed tasting workshops (booking required).

The rest is very well too. Crémants is better widely than much Champagne much more expensive!
