Emeritus oenologist Thierry Scherrer masterfully manages his family estate, which is HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) certified. His talent is regularly acclaimed: his Pinot Noir 2022 is included in the selection of the Guide Hachette des Vins. His Muscat Cuvée Bernard 2022 and his Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Kaefferkopf 2018, with their delicious aromas of apricots zested with citrus fruit, are also highly appreciated.Thierry Scherrer can welcome small groups of around ten people to present his estate. A tasting in the cellar between the barrels completes the visit!

This estate is world-famous for the personality of its owner, Christian Binner, a passionate winegrower and president of the Association des Vins Libres. For over 20 years, he has managed his estate biodynamically, opting for a vinification process with no added inputs. The climate-controlled sandstone and Douglas fir winery is in total harmony with his environmental concerns. The Scarabée qui bulle natural sparkling wine from the Grand Cru Kaefferkopf is a special treat, to be discovered in the cellar, where growing and winemaking methods will be explained to you.

Although its origins date back to 1795, Domaine Kuentz-Bas has existed under this name since the ^19th century. Ecocert and Demeter certified, its wines are available in 3 ranges: La^4e Tour, Vendanges Tardives and Collection Trois Châteaux dedicated to biodynamic wines (Muscat Ottonel, Pinot Gris Grand Cru Eichberg, Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Pfersigberg...). We love the gourmet Muscat Trois Châteaux Ottonel 2018 and the cuvée Signature 2019 (pinot blanc, auxerrois, pinot gris, muscat). Discover also the peaty AWA whisky, Single Malt, Coeur de Fût, aged in Pinot Gris casks.

A must on the Wine Route! Ecocert and Demeter certified, this estate (one of the oldest still family-owned) is renowned for the uniqueness of its wines. The range is vast: reserves, Cuvées JB Adam, Grands Vins, Vendanges Tardives, Sélections de Grains Nobles, Crémants d'Alsace and eaux-de-vie. Of course, you can also visit the boutique, and take advantage of vineyard tours and tasting introductions.

Located in the commune of Ammerschwihr, the Henri Ehrhart winery offers a wide range of Alsace wines and Crémants d'Alsace.
