For wine lovers. Here, you can enjoy organic and eco-responsible cuisine served with great generosity.

In the heart of Hachimette, this restaurant is a happy discovery! Opened in 2020, it seduces as much by its charming owners as by its menu of delicious dishes made from organic and seasonal products. Notably snail ravioli and chard leaves stuffed with foie gras. As for the wine list composed by Tristan Ringenbach, sommelier-cavist, it is sumptuous! There is a pleasant terrace as a bonus, and on the hotel side, 9 beautiful rooms with all the comforts (1-4 people).

Un très beau moment dans ce restaurant à la cuisine raffinée. Un service attentionné et une carte des vins exceptionnelle.
Le menu du jour le midi est très abordable. Le rapport qualité/prix est très bon.
Parmi les meilleures tables de Colmar et environs.

Une des meilleures tables de ces dernières années pour moi. Qualité et finesse des plats frais et généreux. Sensibilité de la cheffe qui est mise en lumière par l’accueil chaleureux et très professionnel de Tristan. Merci pour ce moment de gastronomie sans chichi.

Ein kulinarischer Lichtblick im Elsass. Was Valerie mit ihrem Team auf die Teller zaubert, ist der Hit. Saisonale, lokale Spezialitäten, schön angerichtet, vernünftig grosse Portionen.
Preis/Leistung absolut in Ordnung.
Tristan macht einen sehr guten Job im Service und als Sommelier. Ein richtig schönes Erlebnis, hier zu speisen; jederzeit wieder.

Ich war hier zum Mittagessen mit einem Kollegen. Wir hatten jeweils eine Vor- und Hauptspeise vom Mittagsmenü. Das Essen war vorzüglich. Ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente, guter Service und das Preisleistungsverhältnis total in Ordnung. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder essen.
