In the heart of Hachimette, this restaurant is a happy discovery! Opened in 2020, it seduces as much by its charming owners as by its menu of delicious dishes made from organic and seasonal products. Notably snail ravioli and chard leaves stuffed with foie gras. As for the wine list composed by Tristan Ringenbach, sommelier-cavist, it is sumptuous! There is a pleasant terrace as a bonus, and on the hotel side, 9 beautiful rooms with all the comforts (1-4 people).
