In the heart of the countryside, the scent of meadows invites us to stop off at this former farmhouse built in 1614. The restaurant offers authentic, refined local cuisine. The rooms bear the very imprint of yesteryear's farming and watchmaking activities: a workshop adjoining the window for watchmaking work, an imposing fireplace and period stone floor tiles. The food is reminiscent of long winter evenings, with superb cuts of meat and fondues. Save room for dessert, with green fairy parfait glacé.
