An institution. It is not the best value for money in the city, but it is in a vaudoise atmosphere. Beautiful rustic frame, red and white vichy tablecloths for a ribbon of meat specialties, such as the meldue at the heart of beef filets, the charcoal (only on Wednesdays) and the intern (from 200 to 500 g!), all served with the biln of the cellar, realized with ten kinds of cheese. We're in a vaudoise atmosphere!
