Located behind the railway station in the former Inox hall, Les Ateliers offers an unforgettable experience. The restaurant offers two types of cuisine, brasserie and gastronomic, in a post-industrial setting combining glass, wood and concrete from the renovation of the famous Ateliers de constructions mécaniques de Vevey (ACMV). The brasserie offers quality cuisine, with classics such as entrecôte parisienne. On the restaurant side, a business menu at lunchtime and surprise menus in the evening.
