You like truffles? This is the right address! Dare to try the Maracaïbo truffles... Nicolas Noz is a passionate person for whom creativity is a driving force. He also prepares Prunoz, tender prunes stuffed with ganache made from Vaudois plum brandy, rolled in bitter cocoa or Cigarinoz, a dark chocolate in the shape of a cigar, filled with a ganache flavoured with green tea and pure malt whisky. But the list goes on: truffles and pralines, ganaches, fruity, spicy, brandy-flavoured and original grand cru chocolates.
