A magnificent château, refined and elegant. Worth a visit for its architecture, outdoor pool and terrace.

Exceptional lakeside setting in a chateau for a wild ride! It's easy to spot. Le château d’Ouchy, datant duXIIe siècle, a un aspect un peu irréel, tel un décor de théâtre. Surprising and disconcerting, the hotel stands out from its surroundings as if it had stepped straight out of a page of history, and is well worth a look. The rooms have a classic design combining noble materials, designer objects and refinement. Lors des beaux jours, vous apprécierez sa superbe piscine, comme sa terrasse, prise d'assaut. A real favorite!

We’re so glad we chose Chateau d’Ouchy! It’s a nice hotel sitting directly on lake Geneva (great views every morning). The staff was kind and helpful, as well. The room came stocked with everything we’d need, even an outlet converter. The hotel is directly across from the last Lausanne metro stop, so it’s easily accessible and a super short walk when you’re tired from a long day of seeing Switzerland. Lausanne is a perfect town to start and end the every day. It’s perfectly located, so we were able to easily get to Geneva for some tours and the mountains (Glacier 3000) for skiing and snow activities with easy train rides.
