A magnificent château, refined and elegant. Worth a visit for its architecture, outdoor pool and terrace.

Exceptional lakeside setting in a chateau for a wild ride! It's easy to spot. Le château d’Ouchy, datant du^XIIe siècle, a un aspect un peu irréel, tel un décor de théâtre. Surprising and disconcerting, the hotel stands out from its surroundings as if it had stepped straight out of a page of history, and is well worth a look. The rooms have a classic design combining noble materials, designer objects and refinement. Lors des beaux jours, vous apprécierez sa superbe piscine, comme sa terrasse, prise d'assaut. A real favorite!

Great hotel at a great location with a sense for details. The only "comment" I have is that it's kinda early to close the hotel bar at 10pm.

We stayed here for our anniversary in December. Upon check in the receptionist told us the pool hours which was confusing considering it was actually closed and freezing in the winter (it's outdoors)...?

We were under the impression there was a gym but actually there isn't; you could use the gym at a hotel opposite this one but it was closed and had limited hours.

We only had breakfast. It was good but I was expecting a bit more considering how the nice the hotel was.

Convenient location to public transit.

What makes Chateau d'Ouchy the best hotel we have stayed in is their exceptional hospitality, service and 'can-do' attitude. Yes, the hotel is gorgeous with French accents and interiors, spacious rooms, high quality amenities, beautiful views but it's biggest differentiator are the welcoming and helpful staff. Gregory, Kristoff along with everyone else went out of their way to make my birthday stay so special. They organised everything and more. Thank you for your hospitality and I would definitely come back to Laussane just to re-experience Chateau d'Ouchy's hospitality.

Nein, über die Qualität des Hotels kann ich nicht urteilen.
Geschichte: Das Schloss direkt am Ufer des Genfersees gelegen stammt aus dem 12. Jahrhundert. Über die Jahrhunderte wurde es zerstört, brannte ab und wurde zwischen 1888 und 1893 vom Architekten Francis Isoz als neugotisches Schloss und Hotel wieder aufgebaut. - ein Prachtbau!

J'ai mis 4 étoile car quand nous somme arrivés dans la chambre nous avons voulu ouvrir la fenêtre et elle as eu un soucis nous avons prévenu la réception et il nous on dit qu'il allais appeler quelqu'un mais apparemment rien n'a été fait.
Par la suite nous n'avons pas réitéré notre demande d'intervention ce n'étais pas si grave nous avons passé un agréable moment dans cette hôtel et nous y reviendrons sans autres.
