Lausanne may not be the most suitable place to enjoy pancakes, but this address is exceptional and the service very pleasant. Located at the top of the small Saunas paved street, the place is very warm, with its clear grey carpet, and its jour. A perfect stopover for lunch before visiting the cathedral. Quiet terrace in the summer.

Pancs offers a new way of eating pancakes. But in this new and nicely decorated establishment, it is especially the welcome that seduced us. We feel the team is passionate, and their advice makes you want to taste everything! This time, we opted for the smoked salmon pancake with poached egg, spinach and homemade sauce, accompanied by a maple syrup pancake for dessert. We'll definitely be back to try the chicken teriyaki one! On the spot or to go, it's always a delight to go to Pancs.
