Getting around by bus and coach Lausanne

Lausanne's bus network is extensive and the buses are regular. Waiting times are indicated on reliable electronic signs. Buy tickets at the ticket machine before boarding the bus (the driver does not sell tickets). Select the zone (11 for downtown; 11 and 12 for Saint-Sulpice, etc.) and insert the coins or ticket (the dispenser gives you change). You can also buy tickets on your phone via the application. Night network from midnight to 4am-5am.
