A very good cheese-ripener, from a large family line, in the heart of Morges. Its blend "Fondue", its excellent Grenache du Val de Rhone and its cheese trays have everything to satisfy the most subtle and demanding palates. Also a large selection of Italian, Spanish and French cheeses, which the master of the places knows at the fingertips. On request, Jacques-Alain Dufaux invites you to visit the cellar where a multitude of cheeses are resting on the shelves, during the refining process.
