A sweet and melting little pleasure! The queues that form in front of its four boutiques confirm year after year the success of Gelato Mania. A reputable artisanal ice-cream maker, the brand uses only first-class ingredients. For example, the "fleur de lait" used as a base for the ice creams is made exclusively from fresh cream and whole milk. No powdered milk or vegetable fat is added. The artisanal know-how has remained, in the respect of the same traditional process. Manufacturer of flavorings, the caramel flower of salt is excellent!
