We're enjoying the best sandwiches in Geneva. In addition to a dish of the day, with simple and balanced flavours, preceded by a salad, Monte Bianco is best known for its hearty sandwiches served by the cut. You select what you want to eat: on a baguette, you put olive oil or butter. You then choose from large pieces of dried meat, ham with herbs, coppa... For those who don't like meat, an excellent fresh octopus in pieces can be substituted with an accompaniment of fresh or dried tomatoes.
