Here, the cuisine is composed of small dishes to be ordered for the whole table, in all conviviality. It's like anisakaya (a kind of Japanese bistro), where everyone picks and chooses according to their tastes and desires and shares with their neighbours, in a contemporary and neat setting. Vegetarian dishes, salads, sashimi (raw fish), brochettes (chicken, eel, shrimp), dim-sum (spring rolls), noodles (vegetable or meat noodles), fish dishes ( teriyaki salmon), meat and poultry ( takaki beef, Karaage chicken).
