After shopping in Balexert, why not enjoy a quiet stop in this restaurant next to the Suitehotel? There are tasty rösti prepared in twelve different ways: mushrooms and cream, saveloy and onions, bacon, tomatoes, veal sausage or Zurich style. There are also other classics, such as the traditional macaroni as the farmer would prepare it on his mountain pasture, the raclette as much as you like or by the portion and of course the fondue. The prices are very reasonable. Simple setting but authentic cuisine.

Fromage de bonne qualité. Fondue et autres plats typiques. Plat du jour disponible du lundi au vendredi. Les verres à vin sont très jolis. Parking offert. Je recommande!

C'est ce qu'on fait ce soir le dernier jour du mois d'août j'ai eu une envie de fondue donc je me suis rendu au Swiss bistrot où toute l'équipe m'a accueilli avec une gentillesse je dirais comme d'habitude j'ai mangé ma fondue qui était excellente avec une mini planchette de charcuterie j'ai passé un très agréable moment merci à vous tous ça nous fait du bien de voir vos sourires
