A very creative and surprising chocolate shop where the smells invite you in and the eyes tell you to stay and taste everything!
Bastien Dangelser, after a stint on Qui sera le prochain grand pâtissier, set up his own patisserie-chocolaterie. His CV is impressive: valedictorian at just 24, he cut his teeth alongside Franck Fresson in Metz, before returning to Alsace to join Thierry Mulhaupt's team as head chocolatier. Today, he showcases his creativity in small, remarkably well-executed pastries: macaroons, entremets, chocolates... Impossible to resist, if only for the smell when you enter!
