Mr.Rui Teixeira: from the moment e picked us up until the moment we said goodbye, he was nothing short of amazing. Always kind, respectful, with a huge smile in his face and ready to help are a few things that I can think of Mr.Rui Teixeira. Will go back and that’s not only because of the hotel but also thanks to the costumer service provided by this gentleman.

Das Frühstück auf hohem Niveau, leider kein inkludierter Prosecco o.ä..

Leider hatte unser Zimmer Mängel, die zwar behoben wurden, doch nur bei der Abreise zu vermelden "Sie waren nicht ganz zufrieden, nächstes Mal wird es besser sein" ist für mich nicht ganz zufriedenstellend.
