The Forum of Swiss History is housed in a building dating from 1711, a former grain storehouse that has been completely renovated and modernized. It is the home of the Swiss National Museum in Central Switzerland. On three floors, the museum presents and explains the conditions under which the old Confederation came into being in the Middle Ages. Temporary exhibitions with contemporary museography in the basement make the museum an important cultural platform. Cafeteria and shop.
