The Lucerne-Lake Lucerne region has plenty to offer in terms of entertainment and culture. In addition to numerous excursions, for example to Mount Pilatus or the Rigi, the tourist office offers guided tours of Lucerne city centre. The office near the railway station is strategically located so you won't want to miss it. You will find maps, train, bus and boat timetables, postcards and a souvenir shop. But nothing beats the advice of the very well trained and welcoming staff.
