From the hand of José Antonio, a self-taught chef originally from Extremadura, Odetti Bistro is now a renowned reference for new Andorran cuisine. Managed in the dining room by Anna, the dishes are a creative and successful blend of southern and northern Andorran culinary culture, always based on seasonal produce: from anchovies from Cantabria to meats from the Pyrenees, not forgetting the fish of the day.
