Son unos sinvergüenzas, me han cancelado la reserva sin avisar. Después de varios correos y llamadas a 3€ cada una me dicen que no hay disponibilidad, lo sienten y que esperan verme en otra ocasión. INCREIBLE.

Mucho cuidado con este hotel, nos ha cancelado una reserva para 15 personas sin previo aviso y sin darnos ninguna alternativa más que quedarnos sin vacaciones. Si no llego a consultar otro tema me presento en recepcion a 300kms de mi casa con la supuesta reserva confirmada pero cancelaba sin avisar.
