A strange name for products that we are not used to seeing here: the goulues are pasta! Fresh or dry, they are elaborated and made on the spot, by passionate people who certainly have all the necessary techniques to propose excellent ones! Spaghetti, fusilli or tagliatelle are created from organic cereals, mainly from the Cotentin region. Who can buy them? Anyone! Professionals, of course, but also individuals, in shops in Cherbourg or Carentan, for example.
