The shop is not only a butcher but also a caterer, offering ready-made meals, such as those in jars under the brand Les Marmites d’Augustine - they are excellent and very popular in the area. Super viande !
Une viande qualité de provenance locale ! Le traiteur était top pour le mariage de mon frère l’an passé, nous n.avons pas hésité en passant dans le coin cet été à commander deux caissettes et un petit stock de bocaux et nous nous sommes régalés, le bœuf carotte et le boudin tartinade sont merveilleux !
