Things to see and do Flåm

It is one of the most spectacular railroads in the world and one of the most popular sites in Norway. Opened in 1940, this 20-kilometer-long railroad is one of the steepest in the world, with a vertical drop of 864 meters. As you travel up the steep, narrow valley, you will see powerful waterfalls, gorges, rivers and small farms. Arriving at the Myrdal train station, located at 867 meters above sea level, you can continue your journey to Oslo or Bergen, or rent a bike and ride back down the valley
