Italian and French cuisine with a touch of Asia in the heart of Stavanger. Fantastic team, refined cuisine and explosion of flavors. Very nice wine list. The interior decoration has been thought with taste: design furniture and ultra comfort, small flowers on each table, beautiful lighting, some plants near the windows, nice pictures on the walls... and above all, inventive, daring, tasty and very well presented culinary proposals. We feel pampered. Reservation recommended. To be tried without fail!

Here is a rather famous Norwegian restaurant, which bets both on the cuisine, very fresh and healthy, and on the decoration, very Scandinavian. Indeed, the interior perfectly reflects the maritime history of the city. You can enjoy braised beef carpaccio or stuffed crab. This is top-notch cooking for this establishment. We tasted all the dishes of our guests and nothing was missing in terms of flavor, texture, spices, and not too salty!

Housed in a classic downtown building, this restaurant stands out from the crowd with its modern, somewhat austere design. The menu features snacks and small plates, but plenty of choice: hummus, Norwegian trout sashimi, mushroom and parmesan arancini, vegetable platters, shrimp salad... and the main course is the fish of the day and meat... ah yes! a cauliflower dish for the vegetarian option all the same! The chocolate tart with salted butter caramel is a delight!

It is certainly one of the warmest places in the city: a piano in the middle of the big room, a bay window overlooking one of the prettiest streets in the old town and a smiling staff. The prices are certainly high, but you feel at home here! Dishes in the tradition of Norwegian cuisine, smoked salmon, small herbs, potatoes and other delicacies. The desserts are particularly tasty. Beware of the wine list which is quite expensive, as everywhere in Norway!
