MAIRIE

Pouébo is a small town in the Collectivité d'outre-mer region of New Caledonia. Covering an area of 202.8 km², it has a population of around 2,144. Surrounded by the communes of Ouégoa and Koumac, Pouébo lies 15 km southeast of Ouégoa, the largest town in the area. The town lies at an altitude of 35 meters above sea level and is run by Florentin DEDANE, mayor since 2020.
