SIN GAUNG MONASTERY

Built more than a century ago, the Sin Gaung Monastery is located one kilometre from the lake, on the road leading to the caves on the way to the cliff. The Sin Gaung Monastery is a typical construction: an all-wooden architecture. And it houses images of Buddha from the Ava and Yangon periods.
