BFL BRED GROUP - PAKSE

The BFL (Banque franco-lao) was created in 2008 thanks to an agreement between the French bank BRED Banque Populaire and the first bank in Laos, BCEL. It offers its visitors a foreign exchange service, VISA machines, the possibility of opening accounts for non-residents, free BFL withdrawal cards, Internet access to accounts (see conditions in the branch), a safe deposit box service. For BRED Banque Populaire customers with Internet access to their accounts and an exclusive money transfer service called E-Transfert Express.
