MULBERRIES ORGANIC SILK FARM

The Mulberries Silk Mill is a fair trade enterprise that enables silk producers in villages in the Northern Provinces to provide for their needs and to promote the art of silk to visitors. Villagers are trained in sericulture, silkworm rearing and weaving techniques. Leaves, bark, vines, berries and seeds are harvested to create a wide range of colours. The visit is interesting.
