Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Prinzip zufrieden, sehen das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis aber kritisch und haben uns den Wochenend-Aufenthalt einiges kosten lassen. Daher sind wir in unserer Detail-Bewertung entsprechend kritisch. Das Hotel wirkte insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war punktuell aber auch ansprechend saniert. Als Gastgeber wirkten die Betreiber wenig „großzügig“. Angefangen bei zu kleinen Sauna-Tüchern und „zu wenig“ Wasser (Minibar wird auch nur auf Vorbestellung befüllt). Beim Mittags-Snack Buffet fragten Tisch-Nachbarn nach einer Scheibe Brot, erhielten diese jedoch nicht. Es seien nur die Croisstants vom Frühstück noch übrig, welche nicht zur Suppe passten und zudem auch nicht sonderlich „gesund“ sind. Den Schwerpunkt auf „Gesundheit“ konnten wir nicht nachvollziehen - allenfalls zeugten einige Äpfel im Empfangsbereich von einem gut gemeinten Blick auf Gesundheitaspekte.

Ein sehr gut geführtes Haus. Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Exzellente Küche, Toller SPA Bereich, Freundlichkeit im ganzen Haus hat den Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereichert. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder, vielen Dank. Sehr zu empfehlen !!

Völlig unflexibel und nicht kundenorientiert: ein Gutschein, der Terminbedingt vom Hotel nicht eingelöst werden konnte, wird weder anderweitig akzeptiert noch sonst wie gutgeschrieben. Man ist hier auf jeden Euro aus!!

Great SPA Hotel close to a Ski area in Oberstdorf. The service was excellent, the food delicious and the SPA had everything needed: a well stocked gym, a warm pool, a Finnish sauna and a hot steam bath, and more! The rooms were clean and had everything needed. The heater was however a bit on the high side and was not able to set lower. Still I would like to go back and I recommend it!
