Tip: Probiert Mal den leckeren Aperol Sauer
Sehr gut zentral gelegen direkt in der Altstadt ca 5min zum Bahnhof/Bus.
Frühstück echt Superklasse.
Personal sehr freundlich.
Wellnessbereich geräumig und sehr gut.
Negativ:
Bei der ganzen Digitalisierung bleiben menschliche Werte leider zurück.
Nur alles am Tablett zu machen ist sicher schön ...wenn es vernünftig umgesetzt wird.
Ganz grosses Problem hatten wir mit dem Warmwasser, da kommt sehr wenig raus und das wechselt leider zwischen kalt und heiss...
Zum Zähneputzen reichts, zum Duschen oder gar Baden ist es nicht geeignet.
Bei diesem hochpreisigen Hotel ist das aus unserer Sicht nicht aceptabel dafür ist das Zimmer zu teuer.
Für uns ist das ein KO Kriterium!
Zumal auch der um Hilfe gerufene Hausmeister nicht helfen konnte oder wollte.
