A very out-of-the-way but perfectly equipped youth hostel.

Close to the university but far from the city centre, this youth hostel compensates for this distance with very modern facilities. 180 beds in 45 rooms, all with shower and toilet. The beds are equipped with lockers and an ingenious system for locking them with a padlock. Multifunctional sports field for volleyball, football and basketball. It takes about 15 minutes to walk into town.

Wir waren letzte Woche für ein Wochenende dort. Die Zimmer sind DJH Standart, ok und sauber.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen war groß, es wurde sogar extra Gelbwurst für unsere Tochter besorgt, war sehr nett.

Kommen gerne wieder.

Eine sehr neue moderne Jugendherberge. Alles ist sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziges kleines minus sind die abenteuerlichen extrem hohen Hochbetten, wenn man mit 2 kleinen Kindern unterwegs ist. Für größere Kinder ist das sicherlich toll.
Man kann super in die Stadt laufen.

Sehr moderne und effiziente Jugendherbege. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und bemüht. Durch den Betonbau sind die Zimmer sehr schalldicht, was in Jugendherbergen wegen den Klassen oft ein Problem ist, hier aber super funktioniert. Es gibt viele Aufenthaltsbereiche und eine Familienlounge mit Bällebad, Spielzeug und Büchern. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Essen. Viele Bio-Produkte und regionale Speisen. Tolle Auswahl und immer frisch und lecker. Zum Abendessen immer Salatbar und warme Speisen. Die Jugendherberge kann locker mit einem guten Hotel mithalten und ist sehr zu empfehlen auch bzw. insbesondere für Familien.
