Neben den sauberen und top eingerichteten Zimmern und dem leckeren Frühstück möchte ich einen Aspekt noch besonders hervorheben. Da ich mit dem Zug angereist bin, musste ich auf ein Taxi zurückgreifen, um zum Bhf zu gelangen. Leider waren alle Taxen bereits im Dienst und erst nach Stunden verfügbar. Kurzerhand wurde mir im Hotel unbürokratisch geholfen und ein Hotel-Mitarbeiter fuhr mich zum Zielort. Vielen Dank für diesen Akt der Freundlichkeit!!
