Das Carsten liegt ca. 15 Gehminuten von der City entfernt. Es besticht durch eine klare moderne Linie mit kleinen charmanten Details, die auf die Historie des Hauses hinweisen. Ich möchte das ganze Team hervorheben, nichts ist zuviel, Service Freundlichkeit, Verbindlichkeit und zeitnahe Umsetzung sind einzigartig. Vielen Dank.

Alles sehr sehr alt. Man fühlt sich zeitlich sehr in der Vergangenheit. Essen war o.k nichts besonderes..... Getränke wurden meist vergessen zu bringen obwohl nichts los war....

Very good hotel close to the train station. We stayed at the Sheraton Carlton for two nights. The room was quite spacious for such a business hotel. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant in the first night. The food was good, the service excellent, only the prices a bit too expensive. The service in the hotel was really very good. The staff noticed that it is my birthday and send us a small sweet gesture. The hotel offer three parking options: outside for 18€/day, garage for 25€/day or public parking. Valet is available without any surcharge. We parked in the garage which worked well and can be accessed directly from the hotel elevator. They have a small gym with a cardio area and workout area. Works very good, although the floor could be tidier. They also have a small pool, which we didn't use. All in all a very good hotel close to the old town of Nuremberg.

Ich war geschäftlich per Zug in Nürnberg. Im Hotel war ich schon lm letzten Jahr. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und lecker. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber. Im Spa und Wellness Bereich war ich nicht. Das Hotel ist nur 5 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.

The staff working in the massage room is very rude! Certainly not be going there again!
