Unsere Buchung die vor einem halben Jahr getätigt wurde - wurde plötzlich vor Ort nicht gefunden!
Es wurde bereits vorab über die Buchung mit dem Besitzer kommuniziert, Zimmernummern und Zutritts Codes für die Türen lagen und vor - als wir vor Ort waren, haben diese nicht funktioniert. Der Besitzer war bei der Klärung weder Kompromiss bereit noch freundlich! Lasst die Finger davon - auch äußerlich hat das Hotel keinen Guten Eindruck gemacht.
PS: ich würde gerne 0 Sterne vergeben!
