Very good address. Modern hotel with a lot of charm. Very clean, excellent service. Sauna and wellness area.
Very good address that this modern hotel, as new and with a lot of charm. Very clean, the service is also impeccable. There are small fridge-minibars in the rooms for those late night hunger pangs and a whole wellness area with a whirlpool, Finnish sauna and steam bath to relax in during your stay in Passau. 24-hour reception in the veranda near the terrace. Hotel bar open daily. 10 minutes walk to Passau city centre. Central and yet very green.

Wir wollten eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbringen um unsere in Passau studierende Tochter zu besuchen - leider kam uns über Nacht ein Wintereinbruch mit 1/2 m Neuschnee in die Quere, so dass eine Anreise nicht möglich war, alle Strassen dicht, Bahnchaos und Flughäfen gesperrt- dennoch besteht man seitens des Hotels auf 80 % Stornogebühr, kein Angebot für Ersatztermin, Gutschein etc. - das nennt man wohl Kulanz und Service....

Sehr gute Lage, fußläufig zur Altstadt, freundliches Personal und ein sehr leckeres Frühstück mit großer Auswahl

Nettes Hotel etwas außerhalb der Altstadt. Der Empfang war leider nicht so freundlich und die Zimmer sind nicht vor 15 Uhr zu beziehen. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, aber alles etwas hellhörig.
