Famous for preparing the famous Weisswurst, Bretzel, sweet mustard and Weissbier, the Heilig Geist Stiftschenke is well known by the inhabitants of Passau ! On the menu are Bavarian and Austrian specialties. On the wine side, a list of whites from the Wachau Valley in Austria.
